Core Solutions Provider provides services through its two business names, including:

  • Global Notary U.S. Apostille: Notary services, apostille and document authentication assistance, certified translations, and related document services.
  • Global Wealth Insurance Services: Insurance-related services, including insurance inquiries, quotes, applications, policy assistance, and related customer support.

The availability of a service depends on the nature of your request, applicable law, jurisdiction, third-party requirements, and our ability to perform the requested service. Descriptions on our websites are for general informational purposes and do not guarantee that a particular service, document, insurance product, or transaction will be available or accepted in every situation.

3. Notary, Apostille, Authentication, and Translation Services

Notary Services

Notarial acts are performed by appropriately authorized notaries in accordance with the laws and requirements applicable to the particular transaction. You may be required to provide acceptable identification, appear before the notary, establish your identity, demonstrate willingness and awareness, or satisfy other legal requirements.

We do not guarantee that a notarized document will be accepted by every court, government agency, lender, title company, consulate, foreign authority, or other receiving institution. Notarization does not constitute legal advice or a determination that a document’s contents are legally sufficient.

Apostille and Document Authentication

Apostille and authentication services involve requirements established by the relevant government authorities and, where applicable, the destination country or receiving institution. Processing times, fees, document eligibility, authentication requirements, and acceptance standards may vary.

We do not guarantee government processing times, approval, issuance of an apostille or authentication certificate, or acceptance of a document by its intended recipient. Government fees, third-party fees, and shipping charges may apply.

Translation Services

Translation services are provided according to the scope agreed upon for the requested assignment. If certification or a particular translation format is required, please advise us before placing your order. We do not guarantee that a translation will be accepted by every government agency, court, educational institution, consulate, or other receiving organization unless that acceptance has been expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant authority.

4. Insurance Services

Insurance services are subject to applicable licensing requirements, insurer underwriting rules, policy terms, and state and federal law.

An insurance quote, estimate, application, or discussion does not itself constitute an issued insurance policy or guarantee that coverage will be approved or become effective. Coverage is determined by the applicable insurance policy, endorsements, declarations, exclusions, conditions, and other governing documents.

Nothing on our websites constitutes a guarantee of coverage, a promise of a particular premium, or a substitute for reviewing the applicable policy documents.

Core Solutions Provider, doing business as Global Notary U.S. Apostille and Global Wealth Insurance Services, offers a mobile messaging program for customers who expressly agree to receive text messages.

Program Description

If you agree during a call with our automated AI phone assistant, or through another clearly disclosed and authorized opt-in method, you may receive text messages from us about:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and changes.
  • Follow-ups to your calls and service inquiries.
  • Quotes and service links you requested.
  • Updates and other information related to the services you requested.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to texting is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you opt out, we will stop sending messages covered by that opt-out, except for any communication permitted or required by applicable law.
